Five Star Multiservices is an architectural, engineering and project management firm; an expert in residential and commercial design. FSM was founded in 1992 by Mr. Iqbal Nizamuddin; who built a team of professionals that cater to client\u2019s needs and wants and deliver the most optimal solutions. We work with the diverse range of clients to articulate and align their work strategies, core value and life style with dynamic use of space. FSM has completed over 300 residential and commercial projects including architectural design, Interior and landscaping; keeping customer\u2019s core requirement at the helm. Iqbal Nizamuddin
<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Iqbal Nizamuddin established the practice in 1992. Prior to this he worked for the Petroleum Development of Oman, a subsidiary of Shell International. He is architect by profession. He has over 30 years of work experience. His involvement in projects extends from strategic planning, through concept design and construction administration. A commitment to design, quality, innovation and delivery is illustrated in his completed projects and satisfied customers. Practicality in designs and quality in execution are of paramount importance to him and he continues to strive to provide clients with excellence.<\/mark><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Arifuddin Nizami
<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Arifuddin Nizami joined the firm in 1993 after his retirement from the Saudi company as a project chief architect. He became a partner in 1995 and has since proved to be an ambitious and vital part of FSM. He holds membership to Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP)and Institute of Architects Pakistan (IAP) .He has extensive experience ranging from residential, commercial, interior, corporate and urban development projects. In his guidance the firm has and continues to do ventures with international firms based in UAE into large scale projects. His involvement in projects is from conceptualization to execution of the design. Quality of construction and client satisfaction is of absolute importance while his design holds true to the design philosophies of the firm.<\/mark><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
